How much is shipping, and do you ship internationally?
We offer free shipping on orders over $100. Shipping availability and any charges for orders at or below $100 are shown at checkout. We ship to the United States and many international destinations, subject to current carrier and regional availability. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed in 2–5 business days. Transit is generally 3–14 business days depending on destination, shipping method, and carrier restrictions. Preorders, weekends, and holidays are excluded. Tracking details are emailed after shipment.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link. You can track your package's journey directly through the carrier’s website (USPS, DHL, FedEx, etc.). If you don't see the email, please check your spam folder.
What is your warranty policy?
Eligible INVZI products include a one-year limited warranty for confirmed manufacturing defects. Claims require troubleshooting and verification; approved cases may be repaired or replaced under the current policy. Contact support@invzi.com for assistance.
What is your return policy?
Returns may be requested within 14 days of receipt. Free return shipping applies only when the item is unopened, unused, in perfect condition, and otherwise meets the published conditions. Other eligible returns may incur a $49 restocking fee; used, damaged, incomplete, or excluded items may be refused. Review our Return Policy before starting a return.
How do I initiate a return or warranty claim?
