Return Conditions & Restocking Fee Policy

Our 14-day return policy is a commercial advantage that INVZI voluntarily offers to our customers. It is not a legal obligation that applies under all circumstances or for any reason a customer may invoke. This return option is provided as a customer-friendly benefit, but it remains subject to the strict eligibility conditions outlined below.

Our free return policy is governed by clear and enforceable rules to prevent misuse. Customers who wish to return a product must meet all specified criteria regarding product condition, packaging, and valid return reasons. If these conditions are not met, the return request may be denied or subject to a mandatory restocking fee.

By purchasing from INVZI, customers acknowledge and accept that this return policy is a privilege, not an unrestricted right, and that all returns must comply fully with the terms defined herein.

Our return policy applies worldwide and is designed to balance consumer rights with business sustainability. While we comply with the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal in the European Union where legally required, please refer to the following conditions regarding product eligibility, return reasons, and associated fees.


Returns Eligible for Free Return (14-Day Policy)

Customers may return their item within 14 days of receipt with free return shipping, but only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in perfect condition, with no signs of handling or wear.
  • The original packaging, accessories, labels, and protective films are intact.
  • The item is immediately restockable without requiring reprocessing, testing, or repackaging.
  • The customer provides valid proof of purchase.
  • The return is due to a simple change of mind and not due to misunderstanding of product specifications that were clearly stated on the product page.

If any of these conditions are not met, the return will be subject to a mandatory $49 restocking fee (unless the parcel has not yet been received) or may be refused entirely if the product is damaged or incomplete.


Returns Not Eligible for Free Return (But Accepted with Restocking Fee)

If a return is requested due to customer oversight or failure to review product details, the return may still be accepted, but only with a mandatory $49 restocking fee, provided the product is in perfect condition. Examples include:

  • Failure to read the product page in full before purchasing.
  • Inability to install required drivers due to IT restrictions.
  • Incorrect expectations about size, brightness, weight, or specifications (all clearly detailed on product pages).
  • Misinterpretation of compatibility, connectivity, or mounting information.

If the product shows any signs of use, scratches, missing accessories, or damaged packaging, the return will be rejected outright and no refund will be issued.


Why a $49 Restocking Fee?

This fee covers part of the actual costs we incur, including:

  • Return logistics and transportation.
  • Full testing and quality checks.
  • Cleaning and repackaging.
  • Reintegration into inventory.

Commercial Exchange Option (One-Time Gesture)

As a one-time goodwill gesture, INVZI may offer an exchange instead of applying the restocking fee, under the following conditions:

  • Replacement product must be valued at $200 or more.
  • If the new product is more expensive, the customer pays the difference.
  • If the new product is less expensive, the difference will be refunded.

If the exchange is refused, the $49 restocking fee will apply.


Defective Products & Warranty Claims

For defective products, customers must first contact support@invzi.com and participate in a remote troubleshooting process.

  • If confirmed defective within 14 days, the return will be free, and a replacement will be shipped after confirmation.
  • After 14 days, but within the one-year warranty, the product will be repaired or replaced with a refurbished unit.
  • If a customer refuses to participate in troubleshooting, we reserve the right to deny the return request.

Mandatory Return Process

  • All return requests must be initiated through the customer’s INVZI account.
  • Customers must upload photos of the product and packaging.
  • If requested, a video demonstration of the issue may be required.
  • Once approved, INVZI will issue a prepaid return shipping label valid for 5 days. If the label expires, the customer must cover the return shipping cost.

Return & Technical Issue Processing Time

Return and warranty processing may take up to 14 business days due to verification procedures. Technical troubleshooting may also require additional time depending on complexity.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at support@invzi.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items or gift cards

EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled by law to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. The item must be in the same condition you received it, with original packaging and proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for return shipping costs to our designated Hong Kong warehouse. To assist with costs, INVZI offers a flat-rate return option (€49) via our logistics partners.


Order Cancellation Before Shipment

Customers may cancel their order before shipment free of charge directly from their account. Once an order has shipped, it falls under this return policy.


Refunds

We will notify you once your return has been inspected. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow time for your bank or card provider to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed, contact us at support@invzi.com.
